Rent Collection
- We strongly encourage tenants to pay rent online for ease of reporting and accounting.
- We pay rent proceeds directly to clients’ bank accounts via EFT by the 12th of each month (if rent is received on time).
- If tenants pay late, all late fees go to the client!

- Maintenance is critical to the long-term success of any real estate investment.
- Staying on top of maintenance also means happy tenants, and happy tenants tend to stick around.
- Our online maintenance portal increases accountability and ensures requests are tracked and completed in a timely manner.

Tenant Communications

- There really is not a reason for you to ever hear from your tenants, and we strive to resolve all issues and settle any disputes on our clients’ behalf without their direct involvement.

Evictions
- Evictions are best avoided by placing only the most qualified tenants in the first place.
- In the event of a non-paying tenant, we are prepared to handle the eviction process from start to finish to get clients’ rentals back into commerce as soon as possible.
- Eviction Guarantee: If we evict a tenant that we placed, we will waive the leasing fee for finding the next tenant.
